I originally found DJ 180 through an Instagram ad back in November of 2023. I saw the name, saw that they were a Christian DJ company and lastly, I saw that they were bilingual, and I thought those are all the things I would love for my wedding. And I skipped right past their ad as I do with any other ads... In March of 2024, I was engaged with my now wife and we began wedding planning asap because we booked a venue for September of 2024. Immediately I thought of DJ 180's ad!!! The name stuck with me. I talked to Eddie on the phone and it was clear that this is the man I needed at my wedding. Didn't look at his reviews, didn't look at his work or content. But the phone call I had with him stuck with me and assured me that my needs and wants for entertainment was going to be met while honoring God in all things (which is the most important). Leading up to the wedding, Eddie answered all my questions and took note of all the requests I made. My wife and I knew 100% we were in good hands after our last phone call with him. The day of our wedding in September 2024, Eddie arrived early, set up his equipment, and coordinated with our wedding planner to solidify the course of our wedding. The sound system was perfect for our outdoor wedding ceremony and Eddie didn't miss a beat. Speaking of beat, the reception was a ball!!! Eddie and his team organized everything with sound and the place was booming!! 180 Entertainment has entertainment in their name for a reason because they entertained EVERYONE at our reception. Especially because of the Spanish speaking as well!!! Half of my family came from Honduras and Puerto Rico so it was vital that we had someone bilingual and Eddie didn't disappoint at all!!! The 360 Photo Booth we booked through 180 was also a huge hit and our guests loved it!! Eddie, thank you. I thank God for you and your team man because without you guys, i don't know who I would've gotten stuck with. But I praise God because a brother in Christ led my reception in an exceptional, professional, and entertaining way. If you need a bilingual Christian DJ for any event... you won't be disappointed with DJ 180!! If I had to choose a DJ for any future event, I know where I'm going. Eddie was amazing! From the start the communication was top tier. He always made sure our questions and concerns were answered. I enjoyed working with him as he made things easy and would check in to see how we were doing. He gave us ideas and advice/ suggestions for songs. Eddie, aka DJ 180, was an absolute dream to work with from start to finish as the DJ for our wedding on 7.11.2024! We first experienced his incredible talent at the weddings of three other couples from our church, and after seeing the phenomenal job he did, we knew we wanted him for our big day too.
One of the most important factors for us was having a Christian DJ who understood and respected our values. We didn’t want any music that would lead people into temptation, and Eddie didn’t just understand this—he lived it. What’s there to say? DJ 180 was phenomenal throughout the whole event. From beginning to end and even throughout set up Eddie was on top of all the wedding entertainment. His personality is perfect for MC’ing the event and the music selection is as good as you want it to be. He listens to your suggestions and goes based of what you want in a Christ centered way. The more specific you are about what you want to hear, the better and I can say that he tailored the perfect playlist for what my wife and I asked for. He definitely took off a huge load from our shoulders by just listening and using his skill to move the wedding along. He’s an amazing DJ and also an amazing person to be around. Eddie was a stud of an MC and DJ! He was attentive to details (ie. Smoothly offering his elbow to graciously guide me off the dance floor when my dad hugged me and exited first; he also checked with us first when people suddenly volunteered to make toasts, to make sure my husband and I were ok with it. You don’t realize it till you are living the day. But having a DJ who knows what they are doing and has worked with you is definitely worth it. From our first call to our final call with Eddie to go over the day schedule and realized it is best to just trust his judgment. To the day before changing one of the specific songs for the wedding. Eddie did an amazing job MCing the reception. He was able to read the crowd and found the best times to make things happen. My wife and I were very impressed and relieved watching him handle things. DJ 180 was a wonderful DJ for our wedding back in September at Windows on the Water at Frogbridge! He was a great communicator from the start, contacting us via phone calls to get an idea of what we were looking for and discussing what he offered. He was very patient but thorough when requesting us to fill out some information a few weeks prior to the wedding, knowing we both had busy schedules as well. He and his team did an amazing job with reading the room on when to play certain songs during dancing hour. He even played Baby Shark at one point when all the little kids were up on the dance floor and a lot of the younger adults, and parents joined in. It was an absolute blast! We really felt that he truly cared about pointing everything to Christ even when playing some get-to-know the couple games. Eddie has a great outgoing personality for keeping the guests entertained. He made sure to always keep us in the loop during our wedding on what we were going to do next even when we wanted to change some things in the timeline and it all went smoothly. Working with Eddie was a great experience. From our first meeting, we could tell Eddie really wanted to maximize the time we had at the venue to celebrate in a way that personified us. He helped organize when different activities would take place and provided several ideas for activities that added to the night. I hired DJ 180 to both DJ and MC at my wedding ceremony and reception which was on 6/16/16. They were nothing short of amazing. They came early and set up on time. They did a great job setting up the music and microphone for the wedding ceremony, that part was flawless. DJ 180 was our MC for our Wedding Reception, and also provided DJ entertainment and music for us as well. In addition, he also provided the sound system for our ceremony, which was done in the same location as our reception.
During the ceremony, Eddie was professional and very efficient operating the sound system with no blemishes. The volume was great, as was his timing - always on cue.
Where Eddie really shined though was in the reception as the MC. Boy, did he entertain our large 200+ person crowd!! He was vibrant, he was funny, he was persuasive, he was confident, he even dressed himself up nice to boot looking sharp ;). But he really kept a good sense of time and order, kept a good pace, you could tell he's done this a million times - he was almost effortless in his time management! And did we mention he was an EXCELLENT entertainer?! Eddie really deserves honorable mention for his ability to make guests laugh, smile, and just have good old Christian-themed fun especially with his choice of wedding games, which even surprised us how well they turned out; our guests had a blast with The Quest game and the Bride/Groom Shoe game in particular!
And of course we have to mention Eddie's work as a DJ: which was very little short of awesome! Eddie comes equipped with a large selection of music in his repertoire as a start, but is open to additional suggestions, which we thought was a plus. In this way he can easily customize his musical selections to meet the need of his client. And he even screens the songs for us as well to make sure they are "God-pleasing", which gave us the assurance that things like profanity and sexual undertones wouldn't slip out and offend guests, which really made us feel good. Eddie also made himself available to us when we needed him, provided that we gave him a few days notice, which was nice. We met with him personally 3 times just months before our wedding and he spent the time to go over the contract, our needs, and our comfort as we planned our event. He even made himself available by text and email, which was great for us with our busy schedules. He even made several thematic suggestions which helped busy folk (like us) move the process along smoothly. In the reception, the music he chose and mixed were both tasteful and fun; our guests had a great time enjoying his ambient music during the "sit-down" portions of the reception, and the "dance" music for the open dance floor!
We really can't think of anything Eddie could have done better, he certainly met and exceeded our expectations as a Christian DJ. Before meeting Eddie, we had the common perception that Christian DJs are all boring and monotone, but he certainly dispelled that myth since the first time we met him and even more so at our reception! He was able to MC, DJ and entertain all while keeping everything clean.
We strongly recommend DJ 180 as a DJ for your event! And if you also need an MC, we recommend him that much more as his personality is perfect for the role. EXCELLENT 5/5!

DJ 180 is definitely a professional individual who is dedicated and passionate of entertaining the crowd. Eddie took time to meet with us and explain everything on the contract. I remember having various questions and concerns and he was very pleasant in answering. He sat with us to show us the different genres he plays and a small clip of the entertainment he does. I then knew, HE WAS OUR GUY!!! When our big day arrived, Eddie was ON TIME, which is every bride's wish. Through out the reception Eddie entertained the crowd with music, games and questions. We had invited Eddie to DJ the first Brotherhood NYC, a men's conference with the purpose of reminding a generation of men of their purpose in Christ. Eddie was very professional from the start. The consultation phase was very friendly. We felt we were talking to a friend rather than a service provider. There were some late changes to our program, which Eddie was able to accommodate without issue. Our wedding crowd has a mix of young/dancing type and the older, more conservative crowd. Eddie's unique blend of games and music entertained both crowds. The equipment and setup was quick and professional, moving from the ceremony site to cocktail hour to reception was ghost like, we didn't notice any gaps. Eddie is an awesome DJ. We were looking for a Christian DJ that was able to strike the perfect balance between secular music and Christian songs and he did a stellar job. Wow I had so much fun at my wedding because DJ 180 made it so much fun!!! He MC'ed for me in both English and Spanish. He did games and provided more than I expected. He also helped me understand the lay out for the wedding. Any questions I had he was there no matter what time, I felt like I was not just a client but a friend. Also when the groom and I had no idea what song to pick for the parents dance he was there to give us suggestions. Any song we chose he was like sure no problem. My husband and I got married on November 19, 2011. DJ 180 was SO amazing! He did a variety of music: Spanish/English--all glorifying to God. That was important to me because I'm of Puerto Rican descent, but also have a lot of American friends too. He engaged my guests with games and gave them prizes. Everyone had a great time.
