El Tabernaculo de Gozo / Tabernacle of Joy

"El Tabernaculo de Gozo" aka "Tabernacle of Joy" has been my home church since December 2008. This is where God has brought me to serve Him and where He has allowed me to grow spiritually through the efforts and dedication of my Apostle Salvador Garcia and Pastor Derek Garcia. This is also the place where God brought me to meet my Proverbs 31 woman and my wife, Karoline. I have to say I am blessed to have finally met the woman God had reserved for me. 
I walked into the doors of this congregation in 2008 through my brother's invitation. God used a ministry called "Encuentro" (Encounter) to transform my life upside down and to turn my back to the world, hence my DJ name, DJ 180, 180 degree turn to the chains the world had me in. After I came back from the "Encuentro" retreat, I began to search more of the Lord and began seeking His face as much as I could. I am blessed to say my wife and I direct the our youth ministry, Xperience, I am also our church's drummer, sound engineer and translator. My church has showed me what it is to serve God and I wouldn't have it any other way.
This church changed my life completely. Generations Church

As of January 2022, the Lord called two ministries to unite and merge forming a new entity, with a God designed plan to reach the community of Copiague and beyond, birthing our sister church, Generations Church!
This is where the Lord has placed us under the pastoral care of Nassau County's Chaplain and our pastor, Derek Garcia and the other pastors, Gerard, Paul & Nick. 

We consulted the Holy Spirit and received confirmation that Generations Church will be a church that focuses on the generations to come, not the ones that passed, and as such we are excited for a new season upon us and our future generations!
